Manufacturing

Lab & Allied boasts one of the most modern pharmaceutical manufacturing plants in the Eastern Africa region, comprising a Non-Beta Lactam manufacturing block and a separate Beta-Lactam block. The WHO-GMP compliant plant has capabilities and adequate capacity for all common human non-sterile dosage forms such as coated / uncoated tablets, capsules, syrups, suspensions, creams, ointments, and oral powders.

In the strategic planning phase, it is of most important that we incorporate the processeses of analyzing current needs, ingredients, benefits, establishing goals and responsibilities in a measurable manner in order to achieve the expected targets. Al this whhile integrating our core values as a company in order to be in line with our mission and vision. Our products shall be Affordable, Available, and Accessible for all the those in need.

The Quality Unit, comprising a fully equipped QC lab, In-Process Quality Assurance officers and a QA Documentation unit ensures that products are consistently manufactured to stringent quality standards meeting both in-house and regulatory specifications, and each batch is rigorously tested for conformance to specifications before it is released for sale.
